At Ayala Bar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and include a copy of your invoice to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
